How much are sessions?

I currently charge £55 per session and I review my fees annually.

I offer concessionary spaces – please ask for current availability.

I understand that financial circumstances can change and that private therapy is a financial commitment, often for an undetermined period of time. As far as possible, please consider whether you are able to commit to sessions but if you’re not sure, do get in touch for a chat.

I have been asked why therapy fees are ‘expensive’. This is because as a private practitioner I have numerous overheads which fees alone have to cover, such as various registration and subscription costs, insurance, training, supervision, as well as all personal expenses, holiday cover and sick pay. As a therapist, I ‘cap’ sessions, ordinarily, to a maximum of 18-20 sessions per week (which includes concessionary spaces) to maintain a healthy work/life balance and appropriate self-care.
