Supervision

In order to remain registered with the BACP, I am required to have regular supervision of at least 1 ½ hours per month.

Clinical supervision plays an invaluable role in providing a confidential space for me to reflect on my practice and to receive guidance and feedback. Having supervision is not a reflection of poor performance; rather it is an integral part of supporting me to maintain professional standards, to manage risk, ensure I am accountable for my practice with clients, as well as supporting my mental health and emotional wellbeing, thus helping to prevent burnout.
